Mindful Monday activity for the week
Throughout the day, pause and see if you can notice something blue, red, green, yellow, and white.
Try to do this a few times in sequence as much as possible throughout the day.
Simply take a moment to mentally note what you see.
This exercise helps you become mindful of your environment and be present in the moment.
